Youth Pastors - Grant & Stacy Holman

From the Youth Pastor’s desk... Its hard to believe that another month has already come to a close! Time to go back to school and get ready for Fall and all the things that come along with it. We had a short outing this month to say the least when our concert was rained out at the fair, but a few of us made the best of it and came back to the youth room where we watched movies and played games for awhile and just got to know each other a little better. There’s always a silver lining even in the storm clouds! Our movie night trial run was a huge success in our humble opinion. We had over fifteen in attendance, and we want to extend a warm thank you to all who came. The support was amazing, and we raised over one hundred dollars which will go toward paying back our popcorn popper and etc to make the monthly event possible. In the month of September, we will be showing the movie God’s Not Dead 3 on Friday, September 21st. We will be showing a new movie the third Friday of every month on into the winter months. Our prayer is that we will create an environment that is comfortable for folks to come and enjoy fellowship and get to know us outside of the formal church setting. We are dreaming of growing this church family, and with your help it can and will happen!! Be sure to stop by the office and pick up a one of our “pay it forward” cards to pass out. Or you can get a handful. Its another great way to show folks the love of Jesus and invite them to join in our church body. We have something precious, and the world needs to know about it and become a part of it! Until next time, God Bless! Thank you for supporting the youth group here at Antioch Fellowship Church Sedalia. We are blessed to serve you! Grant and Stacy Holman
