Youth Pastors: Grant & Stacy Holman

From the Youth Pastor’s Desk Blessings from the Holman’s!! Stacy and I are so excited about this summer and the great times we will have as a group. We pray that God will bring us all closer to Him in all we do!! Our youth rummage sale was a huge success!! As I am writing this to date, our church family and the local community have helped us raise over $1,200.00, and we haven’t yet sold the big ticket items that were donated!! I will be sure and update that total as soon as the online auctions are final and we have an end total. One thing I have personally learned is that there is no limit to the generosity of our God through His people. His People (that’s you!) came together to help Stacy and I in so many ways that I’ve been humbled to tears more times than I can count. Everything from the countless hours spent to the beautiful items that were donated, to the way this community turned out and spent their hard earned money. We cannot thank you enough, and I personally want to assure you that these funds will be prayerfully used for the growth of the teens that God has entrusted to our ministry and leading. Stacy and I don’t take lightly the trust and support that you have all given, and we are honored to be able serve this church body in this capacity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you know any youth age children ages 12-18 please let them know that we are meeting every Wednesday night after praise and worship at about 8:00pm. We are also in the process of arranging to have a class Sunday morning prior to praise and worship in the near future so check back often for that start-up date. Our next project as a youth group is to focus on what it means to have the heart of a servant. Our entire youth team will be signing up to pass out bulletins every Sunday morning before worship starts, and in doing so, we will be challenging the rest of the church body to join us in serving in an ongoing manner in this station. We hope to welcome and introduce ourselves to existing and new arrivals both and bring the body as a whole closer together. Well, that’s it for this time. Stacy and I are looking forward to seeing you and your teens at church!! Love in Christ, Grant and Stacy Holman Youth Pastors, Antioch Fellowship
